Javi Garcia completes move to Zenit St Petersberg for £13m
Manchester City’s Spanish midfielder Javi Garcia has signed for Russian side Zenit st. Petersberg for a fee of £13m
City announced his departure on Twitter yesterday and wished him good luck at his new club:

The Spaniard, who had only spent 2 seasons with the club, had a tough time settling in to English football since joining in 2012.
But despite showing signs of improvement towards the end of last season, competition from the likes of Yaya Toure and Fernandinho inevitably made the task of securing a regular place in the first team very difficult.
The arrival of Fernando Reges last month also gave the impression that the 27-year-old was no longer in Manuel Pellegrini’s plans.
