Report: Manchester City 1-3 Leicester City 06/02/16
Manchester City were overwhelmed by Leicester City in a vital top-of-the-table clash at the Etihad Stadium
The Foxes were on the front foot from the word go and were rewarded with a goal just 2 minutes in as Robert Huth met Riyad Mahrez’s free-kick.
There was then a spell where the Blues began to press, but they rarely looked like breaking down the visitors’ defence, while their own back line appeared vulnerable.
No excuses, but we are not going to throw in the towel. You learn from every match and from this one too. Let's forge ahead!

Mahrez doubled Leicester’s lead early in the second half after beating several City players with step-overs and a fine finish.
Robert Huth later found space to head home a Christian Fuchs corner, putting Claudio Ranieri’s side in a comfortable 3-0 lead.
Sergio Aguero’s managed to score a late consolation goal for City with a well-timed header, but in the end it was far too little too late from the Blues.
